Game accounts

Account creation saves your username and a game-compatible password digest in the game’s account database. The website does not keep your plain-text password. Use a password unique to this game. Game characters and progress are saved by the game server.

Enquiries

Our enquiry form saves your email address and message so we can respond. Messages are retained for up to 90 days. Please do not include passwords or payment information.

Invitations and essential cookies

We use essential cookies to protect forms and keep private sessions signed in. Private access expires after 24 hours or when its invitation expires or is revoked. Form sessions last 15 minutes. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.

Abuse prevention

Rate limits use a keyed digest of your IP address rather than storing the address in the website database. Short-lived counters are deleted after their limit window expires. Where a Cloudflare Turnstile challenge is displayed, Cloudflare processes the challenge and its associated connection information to check the request.

Backups and requests

Account and website data are included in encrypted backups retained on a rotating schedule, with monthly recovery points kept for up to three months. You can request access to or deletion of your data through the contact form. Tell us the relevant game account or enquiry reference so we can arrange verification without asking for your password.
